End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement is between you and Kunjal Digital LLC (“we”), Kunjal Digital LLC, 5456 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215, USA. It covers the HOODFIGHTERS game and the free demo for Windows PC (the “Game”). By installing or playing the Game you agree to it. Our Terms of Service and Refund Policy also apply.

What you get

When you buy the Game (or download the free demo), we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play it on Windows PCs you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The Game is licensed to you, not sold.

What you can’t do

• Resell, rent, share, upload or otherwise give the Game files or your download link to anyone else.
• Remove or change copyright notices, or pass off the Game, its characters or art as your own.
• Use the Game’s characters, names, artwork, music or logos in your own products without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer or modify the Game, except where the law gives you that right anyway or where a third-party license below allows it.

Third-party software

The Game runs on third-party open-source software, including the Ikemen GO engine. Those parts are covered by their own licenses (for example the MIT License), and nothing in this agreement limits your rights under them. The license texts ship with the Game in LICENSES.txt.

Ownership

All characters, names, story, artwork and logos in the Game belong to Kunjal Digital LLC. All characters and events are fictional.

Updates

We may release fixes or updates. If we do, this agreement covers them too unless they come with a new one.

When the license ends

The license lasts until it ends. It ends automatically if you break this agreement, or if your purchase is refunded or reversed (a chargeback). When it ends, stop using the Game and delete it. Your download link also stops working.

No warranty

The Game is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. We work to make it run well on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11 (see support), but we can’t promise it will run on every PC or be free of bugs. If it won’t run on your Windows PC, email us: see the Refund Policy.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything to do with the Game is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Maryland, USA, govern this agreement.
