These terms cover hoodfighters.com, the HOODFIGHTERS game and demo, merch, and memberships. The seller is Kunjal Digital LLC, a Maryland company, Kunjal Digital LLC, 5456 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215, USA. Contact: hello@hoodfighters.com. By buying, subscribing or signing up you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

Age

You must be 18 or older to buy, subscribe or join our email lists. We ask you to confirm this with a checkbox.

The game (Windows PC only)

HOODFIGHTERS is a digital game for Windows PC only (64-bit Windows 10 or 11). It does not run on Mac, phones, tablets or consoles, and it is not sold on Steam. Buying gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download and play it. You may not resell, share or redistribute the game files. The full license is in our End User License Agreement (EULA). Download links are emailed and can be re-sent from the download page. Pre-orders: you pay now and the download unlocks on launch day (currently Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern). The founders pre-order price ($7.99) ends at launch; after launch the price is $9.99. If launch day moves, your pre-order still counts and your refund right stands until you download.

Free demo

The free demo is a smaller, free version of the game for evaluation (4 fighters, 2 stages). It is provided as-is.

Add-ons and memberships that are “coming soon”

The HOODFIGHTERS Pass, season pass and character packs are not on sale yet. Joining a waitlist costs nothing and is not a purchase or pre-order. When they go on sale, the price and what’s included will be shown before you pay.

Payments

All payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal account or card). We never see or store your card or bank details. Prices are in US dollars. US sales tax is not added at checkout.

Merch

HOODFIGHTERS merch is printed to order by our print partner (Printify) and ships to US addresses only (50 states and DC; no PO boxes or APO/FPO). Shipping is the print partner’s US Standard rate, shown in your cart before you pay; items usually arrive in about 1–3 weeks (about 2–7 business days to print, then about 3–7 business days to ship), but these are estimates, not guarantees. Because every item is made for you, merch refunds are limited (see the Refund Policy). You can cancel for a full refund only before your order enters production. After that, refunds are only for print defects or damage, not change of mind. A misprinted, damaged or wrong item counts as a print defect or damage. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll reprint it or refund you. Report it within 30 days of the shipping date. The Founders bundle is one per game order and only for founders pre-order buyers.

Subscriptions: HOODFIGHTERS Comics Club (and the Pass, later)

• Automatic renewal. Comics Club is a monthly subscription billed through PayPal. The price is shown before you agree (currently $4.99 a month). You are charged when you join and then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. You agree to this with a required checkbox before you subscribe.
• Cancel online, any time. Use the “Manage or cancel” link in any Club email or on your members page (one click), or cancel in PayPal (Settings > Payments > Automatic payments). You don’t need to call or email us. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
• Reminders and notices. We email a confirmation when you join (with these terms and how to cancel), a reminder a few days before each renewal, a notice if a payment fails, and a confirmation when you cancel. If we ever change the price, we email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
• Refunds. See the Refund Policy.
• Issues are PDFs for your personal use; please don’t share or resell them. Free issue #1 for early-bird sign-ups and founders pre-orders is a promotional gift with no ongoing charge.
• The HOODFIGHTERS Pass ($9.99 a month, coming later) will follow these same subscription terms. It is not on sale yet.

Emails

If you join our list, we email the free demo or comic you asked for and HOODFIGHTERS news and offers. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Order, download and subscription emails are sent as needed for your purchase.

Site chat assistant

The chat on our site is an AI assistant, not a person. It answers from information on this site and can be wrong; the site, these terms and our emails are what count. It can’t make offers, discounts or promises. Never type card numbers into the chat. For anything it can’t answer, it can pass your question (with your OK) to hello@hoodfighters.com, where a real person replies.

Content

All characters, names, artwork and logos are owned by Kunjal Digital LLC. All characters and events are fictional. The game and comics contain cartoon fighting violence and street language.

Limits and governing law

The game, demo and site are provided as-is to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
