Who we are

HOODFIGHTERS is made by Kunjal Digital LLC, Kunjal Digital LLC, 5456 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215, USA. Contact: hello@hoodfighters.com.

What we collect

• Email lists (free demo, free comic, waitlists): your email, first name (optional), whether you’re here for the game or the comics, your consent and 18+ confirmation and when you gave them, how you found us (a referral code and ad campaign tags like utm_source, if the link had them), and a one-way hash of your network address used only to stop spam sign-ups.
• Email activity: which of our emails you were sent, and whether a link in them was used to come back to the site (so we stop emailing people who aren’t interested). Bounces and spam complaints reported by our email provider.
• Game orders: your PayPal email, order ID, amount and payment status. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see your card or bank details.
• Merch orders: your name, shipping address, email, optional phone, the items you ordered and payment status.
• Comics Club: your email, your PayPal subscription ID, membership status and billing dates, and how many times each comic download link was used.
• Support and chat: messages you send through the contact form, and chat messages you type into the site assistant (kept up to 90 days to improve answers and prevent abuse). If you ask the assistant to pass your question to us, the chat transcript and your email are sent to hello@hoodfighters.com.
• Site analytics: a random session ID stored in your browser, the pages you visit on our site and the ad campaign tags in the link you used, to count visits, sign-ups and checkouts. No third-party analytics cookies are set by this site.
• Basic server logs (for example page requests and IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for (demo, comic, game download, merch, membership), send the emails you signed up for, answer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand which pages and ads work. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond what’s described here.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the one-click link in any email, or change what you get (for example comics only) on the email preferences page linked in every email. Email hello@hoodfighters.com to see, correct or delete your data. Purchase and subscription records are kept as long as needed for your account, taxes and disputes.

Third parties

• PayPal: payment processor for all purchases, pre-orders and memberships (PayPal’s privacy policy applies to your payment).
• Printify and its print and shipping providers: make and ship merch (receive your name, shipping address, email and items).
• Resend: delivers our emails and reports bounces and complaints.
• OpenRouter and the AI model provider it routes to: process the text you type into the site chat assistant to generate replies. Don’t type sensitive personal information into the chat.
• Meta: if our pages use the Meta Pixel, Meta receives page-visit and purchase events for ad measurement.
• Our web hosting provider, which stores the site and the data above.

Children

Our store and email lists are for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child signed up, email hello@hoodfighters.com and we delete it.
